At the Feet of The Mother

True Humility (TH 070)

Humility, supramental plasticity and spiritual rebirth – this talk is based on these three qualities which the Mother has discussed at length in Her conversations between 1929 and 1931. True humility knows that one is nothing in front of the great Wisdom of the Divine and the infinity that surrounds him. He must be humble all the time even when he is at the gates of transformation.

The Mother and Sri Aurobindo embodied these qualities. Being the Lord, the Master of Masters, Sri Aurobindo never asserted himself even to his close disciples. The Mother had all the great siddhis that humanity aspires for. Yet they were perfect examples of humility. These truths are brought close to us through several examples.
